On was founded in Switzerland in 2010 around CloudTec pods—hollow cushions you can see from the side. It is great at a race shoe that fashion week also wanted. The Cloud and Cloudmonster built the franchise. Fun fact: it started as a running experiment and became one of the few performance brands street style actually kept on.
