Salomon
French alpine house Salomon, founded in 1947, made trail shoes and ski hardware. The XT-6 got kidnapped by fashion because the ugly technical bits photographed like armor. It is great at a mountain shoe that became a city object without asking. Fun fact: the fashion version still has the chassis of a trail runner, which is why it looks wrong in the best way.
