Edgardo Osorio founded Aquazzura in Florence in 2011 after working at Salvatore Ferragamo, Sigerson Morrison and Roberto Cavalli. It is great at sexy, wearable luxury sandals. The Christy lace-up and Wild Thing fringe sandal were early explosions. Fun fact: Osorio named the house after the Italian for “blue water,” a nod to his coastal Colombian roots.
